All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access until the end of the paid period
• Refunds are not available for partial months
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds

As a user of AutoTracker, you agree to:

• Not attempt to access unauthorized data or systems
• Not use the service to transmit malicious code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content, features, and functionality of AutoTracker are owned by AutoTracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
• Software is licensed, not sold

You retain ownership of any content you submit to AutoTracker. By submitting content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content
• The right to display, distribute, and promote your content
• The ability to create derivative works

You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

• Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates
• We are not liable for any losses from downtime
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice

AUTOTRACKER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoTracker shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoTracker from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the service

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a final resort
• Waiver of right to class action lawsuits

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action must be filed in courts located in San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Emailed to registered users
• Effective immediately upon posting
